1\. France Payroll Experience. 4 to 10 years of Payroll experience specially in France Payroll.
2\. Good in Excel, Understanding and hands\-on on SAP and SuccessFactors.
3\. Experience on Pre and Payroll processes.
4\. Excellent Knowledge of leaves, sickness calculations and regulatory filings for France.
5\. Good Communication skills and ability to **communicate/manage clients in English language and French Language.**
Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must for the role along with the above experience.
