Job Description

6\-8 years in IT recruitment with 3\+ years in stake holder management.
Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring consistent delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead end\-to\-end recruitment delivery across IT \[70%] and EPC mandates (sourcing to offer closure)
Build, mentor and manage a team of recruiters to drive performance and capability development
Set up and streamline recruitment processes, trackers, and reportng mechanisms for the region.
Monitor team productvity, SLAs, TAT, and quality of hires.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership for business expansion and strategy.
Develop talent pipelines for niche and critical roles across IT and EPC domains
Drive revenue contributon through effectve delivery and client acquisiton.
