Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and lead a team of International Sales Executives.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Conduct coaching sessions, call monitoring, and performance feedback.
- Train new team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and process compliance.
- Motivate the team to maximize productivity and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies.
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
