##### **Profile Summary**

The main responsibility of the Order Reconciliation Team Lead is to ensure quality and timely results in accordance with the department’s KPIs, through the teams they manage. To achieve the targets set by the department, the Team Lead must inspire and motivate team members,establish high\-performance standards, acknowledge and validate team members' efforts and contributions, and ensure efficient interaction among team members. It is also important to ensure a trusting and respectful work environment.

A successful Team lead needs to lead in alignment with company values, distribute information to all layers and steer the team into the right direction. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the team.

This role requires a person with advanced knowledge of designated workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and managers.

##### **Job Responsibilities**

  • *Ensure the team’s effective operation**
  • Design team members daily schedule (assigned task,working hours, etc)
  • Keep the team focused and on track
  • Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
  • *Provide team leadership and coaching**
  • Create an environment based on trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort
  • Lead by setting a good example
  • Support team members on their daily tasks and ensure they have the necessary training to effectively participate in the team
  • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
  • Intervene when necessary to help the team in resolving issues
  • Evaluate team members in terms of performance, creativity, strengths, weaknesses, attitude and provide feedback to agents
  • Discuss and set personal targets with each team member
  • Support the personal development of team members
  • Run yearly appraisals with the team members
  • *Interact with Manager**
  • Discuss and/or escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
  • Provide status reporting of team activities according to the program plan or schedule
  • Assess feedback received from colleagues and forward to managers
  • Work with manager to obtain necessary resources or equipment to support the team’s needs
  • Constantly improve and automate procedures and processes with manager
  • Keep Manager informed of tasks accomplishment, issues, and statu**s**

##### **Job Requirements**

  • **8\-10 years of experience in Accounting Reconciliation in travel domain is preferred**
  • **2 plus years of strong Leadership experience**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
  • Identify automation opportunities to minimize manual data matching and transition the team toward exception\-based reconciliation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing clean, well\-documented reconciliation data and evidence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in coaching, training or/and people management will be considered as a plus
  • Experience working with deadlines
  • Experience in analyzing data and producing reports
  • Excellent knowledge of Department tools \& Systems
  • Self\-driven, proactive and results oriented

  • Previous experience with ERPs, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • **Knowledge of GDSs (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport)**
  • **Previous experience in the Travel Industry**
