• *About the Role**

iROHUB Infotech is looking for a proactive and result\-oriented **Team Leader** to lead and motivate the team, drive performance, and ensure the achievement of business goals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills with the ability to manage day\-to\-day operations efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and attendance of the team.
• Set performance goals and conduct regular review meetings.
• Provide coaching, training, and continuous feedback to improve team performance.
• Ensure high\-quality customer/student service and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Handle escalations and resolve team\-related concerns professionally.
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to improve productivity and target achievement.
• Maintain discipline, team engagement, and a positive work culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members when required.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
• Strong decision\-making and conflict\-resolution skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• 2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader, Senior Executive, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in the Education, IT Training, EdTech, Sales, or Customer Support industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
