Team Lead - Security and Drivers

• *JJob Responsibilities:**Responsible for managing a team of valet cum security guards, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle management including parking services and security protocols are followed.

• *Responsibilities**

• **Team Leadership:**
• + Lead, motivate, and develop a team of security guards and drivers.

+ Organize and coordinate team activities to meet security and transportation goals.

+ Manage team performance, provide training, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

+ To participate and follow all emergency drills.

• **Security Operations:**
• + Oversee security protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

+ Monitor security systems, respond to alarms, and document security incidents.

+ Protect property and personnel from threats such as intruders, theft, and vandalism.

+ Regular risk analysis of the unit

• **Driving Operations:**
• + Operate vehicles safely and professionally, adhering strictly to traffic laws and VIP protocols.

+ Conduct pre\-trip vehicle checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure it remains roadworthy.

+ Maintain composure and control in high\-pressure situations, including emergencies and challenging traffic conditions.

+ Managing all pick up and drops\- Cab operation

+ Check ambulance for all working conditions and to always be ready in working conditions.

+ All relevant papers to be available with Team lead in coordination with unit engineer.

• **Logistics Administration:**
• + Plan and coordinate workloads, managing multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.

+ Maintain accurate records and log all security events and incidents.

+ Act as a liaison between the team and unit management, ensuring clear communication and timely task completion.

+ Maintaining all vehicles records(maintenance, checklists, fuel)

+ Attendance submission on time

+ Duty roster of all staff

+ Visitors/vendors management
