About the Role

Zyntics is looking for a highly motivated and technically strong **Software Development Team Lead** to lead our development team, manage projects, mentor developers, and ensure the successful delivery of web and software applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands\-on development experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

*Required Skills \& Experience**

5\+ years of software development experience.
2\+ years of experience leading a development team.
Strong knowledge of:
JavaScript / TypeScript
React.js / Next.js
Node.js
WordPress Development
REST APIs
MySQL / PostgreSQL
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting environments.
Understanding of software architecture, security, and performance optimization.

*Leadership Skills**

Strong people management and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced agency and product development environment.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu (Nagercoil): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
