Team Lead - Transition

• *Must have skills**

1\. Knowledge of the entire Hire to Retire lifecycle. Workforce Administration, C\&B, HD, Reporting and Payroll (Pre and post payroll) SuccessFactors.

2\. Good Communication skills and ability to handle client escalations and client calls in English language.

3\. 4 to 8 years' experience in HRO and relevant tools.

4\. **Handson experience in SuccessFactors report creation, resolving replication issues is a must** for the role along with the above experience.

1\. Experience in Process transition including process maps, SIPOC, RCA and escalation management.

2\. Handons experience in PPT, excel.
