Team Lead – Video Production

PrepLadder (An Unacademy Company) is looking for an experienced Team Lead – Video Production to join our in\-house production team in Bengaluru. If you're passionate about leading creative teams and have hands\-on experience managing video production workflows—from studio shoots to post\-production—we'd love to hear from you.

Role Highlights

\- Lead and manage a team of 10\+ videographers and video editors

\- Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) \- Full\-time role

\-Compensation: Negotiable based on relevant work experience

We're looking for someone with: Proven experience leading a video production or post\-production team Strong understanding of video shooting, editing, lighting, and production workflows Hands\-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software

Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards
