About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self\-motivated, and result\-oriented Team Leader with strong experience in BPO operations, sales, and customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, drive performance, achieve business targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales and customer support executives.

Monitor daily team performance and ensure achievement of assigned targets.

Handle day\-to\-day BPO operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Drive sales performance, conversions, and revenue growth.

Monitor customer interactions and maintain service quality.

Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.

Handle escalations and resolve customer\-related issues effectively.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Maintain team discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Ensure achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and business objectives.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in BPO, Sales, or Customer Support.

Prior experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

Good knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.

Target\-oriented mindset with strong problem\-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.

Good reporting, analytical, and decision\-making skills.
