Job Title : Team Leader
Cake World is looking for a dynamic and responsible **Team Leader** to manage and oversee the daily operations of our outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage a team efficiently to deliver high\-quality service and meet sales goals.
- Supervise and lead the outlet team during operational hours.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries or complaints.
- Monitor and achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing through the POS system.
- Maintain product display, hygiene, and freshness standards.
- Coordinate with inventory and purchase departments for stock replenishment.
- Train and support team members in daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Prepare daily sales, staff, and stock reports.
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and company policies among staff.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and follow safety regulations.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail/F\&B, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Customer\-focused attitude with basic computer and billing knowledge.1\. **Team Management**
- Supervise and lead outlet staff during shifts.
2\. **Customer Service**
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Resolve conflicts or escalate to Outlet Manager when necessary.
3\. **Sales \& Billing**
- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing through POS systems.
- Promote upselling and cross\-selling techniques.
4\. **Product \& Inventory Management**
- Ensure proper display, rotation, and freshness of products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team for replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock checks to minimize wastage and pilferage.
5\. **Outlet Hygiene \& Cleanliness**
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company policy.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
6\. **Training \& Development**
- Train new staff on company standards, processes, and customer service.
- Continuously improve team skills through regular coaching.
7\. **Reporting \& Coordination**
- Maintain daily sales, stock, and staff attendance reports.
- Coordinate with the Outlet Manager, accounts, and other departments as needed.
- Report any operational issues immediately to higher management.
8\. **Discipline \& Compliance**
- Ensure team discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior.
- Enforce company rules, dress code, and grooming standards.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to team members.
- Ensure all team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Motivate, guide, and support the team to achieve performance targets.
