Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 8–15 inside/field sales representatives
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and ensure team achievement
- Drive end\-to\-end sales cycles — from lead generation to closure — for ed\-tech products (LMS, online courses, test\-prep tools, school ERP, etc.)
- Develop and execute sales strategies for B2C (students/parents) and/or B2B (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, corporates) segments
- Conduct regular team training, role plays, and performance reviews
- Monitor team KPIs — call volume, conversion rate, revenue per rep, churn — and course\-correct in real time

Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales pipeline
Build and maintain relationships with key institutional clients and decision\-makersProvide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadershipIdentify new market opportunities, geographies, and customer segments- 4–8 years of total sales experience, with at least **2 years in a team lead or managerial role**
- Prior experience in **Ed\-Tech, SaaS, or the Education sector** strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared, HubSpot)
- Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
