This is a role focused on analysing financial processes, defining technology requirements, and partnering with agile teams to deliver impactful solutions. Depending on project needs, responsibilities may span both business analysis and delivery management, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to end\-to\-end solution delivery. - *Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities**Strategic Focus
- Lead analysis for system modernization, cloud transitions, and API\-driven architectures.
- Support adoption of low\-code/no\-code platforms, automation, and real\-time processing systems.
- Shape future\-ready digital ecosystems
- Drive projects for enterprise data lakes, analytics platforms, and AI enablement.
- Translate business needs into data models, reporting logic, and analytics requirements.
- Identifying processes ripe for BPM, RPA, workflow automation, and AI\-driven decisioning.
- Redesigning processes for efficiency, transparency, and cost reduction.
Operational Management
- Translate financial and accounting requirements into actionable Business Requirements Documents and Agile User Stories in Azure DevOps.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure business needs are met.
- Troubleshoot issues and write requirements that will instruct development on the business resolution needed.
- Serve as Quality Assurance by developing and executing test cases to verify work during the system integration testing phase.
- Deliver demos of completed enhancements to end users.
- Help remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Monitor team performance, generate Velocity Burn Down Reports, and lead corrective actions.
- Conduct user interviews to identify process improvement opportunities and document current (“As\-Is”) and future (“To\-Be”) workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation including meeting notes, knowledge articles, and business communications.
- Serve as the Agile Team’s Scrum Master for assigned initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes; conduct internal audits for compliance.
People Leadership
- Collaborate and work closely with business partners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery of client requests and production fixes (also strategic).
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation to uplift team capability
Governance \& Risk
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and encryption techniques for sensitive financial data.
- Ensure IT solutions embed compliance\-by\-design.
- Work closely with Legal/Risk teams to translate regulatory mandates into system requirements.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and technology risks across data pipelines, cloud services, and platform components by establishing proactive monitoring, incident response protocols, and regular risk reviews.
- Strengthen governance frameworks by embedding quality standards, audit readiness, policy enforcement, and documentation practices to reduce operational vulnerabilities and ensure consistent, compliant data operations.

- *Experience \& Personal Attributes**Experience
- Candidate should possess at least 4\+ years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst and an Engineering degree / BS degree.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, testing, issue tracking, and leading technical deliveries.
- Strong understanding of accounting/finance systems and translating business needs into software requirements
- Proven ability to work independently and troubleshoot technical issues
- Technical troubleshooting and problem solving
- Experience in Finance Industry, with Private Equity experience preferred
- Proficient in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio. Proficiency in Power BI or Power Automate preferred
