Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Team Leader – Loan Sales \& Telecalling to manage a team of telecallers responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, and driving loan sales for our NBFC business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance, call quality, productivity, and lead conversion.
• Guide team members in pitching loan products and handling customer queries.
• Ensure proper follow\-up with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead records.
• Support the team in achieving loan application and disbursement targets.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
• Ensure professional customer communication and compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and assist team members in handling difficult cases.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th pass; graduates will be preferred.
• Prior experience in loan sales, NBFC, banking, financial services, or BPO telecalling is preferred.
• Previous team\-handling or supervisory experience is required.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Target\-oriented approach with the ability to work under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM software.

Salary

Rs. 70000 \- Rs. 1 lakh

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹100,000\.00 per month
