• **Education:** Graduation Mandatory
• **Experience:** 2–4 Years in Banking or Finance
• Previous team\-handling experience preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to achieve assigned targets

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and supervise banking field executives.
• Monitor daily field activities and team performance.
• Ensure achievement of assigned banking targets.
• Manage customer acquisition and bank account opening activities.
• Train and motivate team members.
• Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with management to improve productivity.

• **Duty Time:** 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
