Team Leader - Operations

• *Job Title:** Team Lead – HUB Operations

• *Job Summary:**

The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily last\-mile logistics operations at the delivery center, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound shipment flow, team management, and maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage end\-to\-end DC operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
• Plan routes and vehicle deployment for efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure shipment quality checks and zero missing shipments.
• Prepare duty rosters and manage Field Executives (attendance, pickups, reverse logistics).
• Monitor operational performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with operational standards.
• Support the Manager with operational reports and administrative tasks.
• Monitor cost control and efficient use of resources.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• **Education:** Graduation
• **Experience:** 1 Year – 2 years (Logistics/Manufacturing preferred)
• **Skills:** Basic MS Excel knowledge, good communication, analytical ability, proactive attitude, and teamwork skills

• *Team Handling:**

• Directly manage 10–12 Executives and offroll staffs

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
