Job Description: Team Lead – Operations (Fintech Process)

• **Designation:** Team Lead – Operations
• **Process:** Fintech / Financial Services
• **Location:** Malad, Mumbai
• **Experience:** 4\+ years of overall experience
• **Team Lead Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead (must be documented on paper)
• **CTC:** Up to ₹10 LPA
• **Shift:** 24/7 rotational shifts
• **Working Days:** 5 days a week
• **Weekly Off:** Saturday and Sunday (fixed)
• **Communication:** C1\-level communication skills required

Key Requirements

• Must have experience in **Fintech, Anti\-Money Laundering (AML), Compliance, or Financial Services**.
• Prior experience handling **international voice processes** is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of documented Team Lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage team performance and ensure compliance with process guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Fintech, AML, Compliance, or Financial Services and a background in international voice operations are encouraged to apply.
