• *Process:** International Voice – US Voice Process
• *CTC:** Up to ₹8 LPA

• *Job Responsibilities:**

• Manage and lead a team handling international US voice process.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality parameters.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Conduct regular team huddles, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
• Drive achievement of process SLAs, KPIs, and business targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process operations.

• *Candidate Requirements:**

• Relevant experience in **International Voice / US Voice Process**.
• Prior experience as **Team Leader / Assistant Manager**.
• Strong communication and team\-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of SLA, KPI, quality, and productivity metrics.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts.
• Candidates must be willing to work from Bangalore.
