  • *Job Location:** Mumbai

As a Team Manager under Business Support service line, you will oversee end\-to\-end Customer BUIT projects for Americas Region. Your role will focus on delivering well\-architected solutions that enhance both customer and business experiences. This role involves managing cross\-functional teams, driving project execution, ensuring quality deliverables, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships within a matrix organization. The incumbent will leverage expertise in SDLC, business analysis, and project management to deliver scalable and high\-quality IT solutions.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • *Project Oversight**
  • Help Team drive project planning, execution, and delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and quality.
  • Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage changes, risks, and dependencies proactively.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and project governance standards.
  • *Quality \& Delivery Assurance**
  • Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and readiness for production release.
  • Monitor key delivery metrics and take corrective action where needed.
  • Promote continuous improvement in processes to enhance delivery quality.
  • *Coordination \& Governance**
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Infrastructure, Testing, Support) and external vendors.
  • Track progress, chase actions, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain clear documentation and decision records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and audit requirements.
  • *Management responsibility**
  • Lead, mentor, and guide cross\-functional teams to deliver IT projects effectively.
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and a high\-performance culture.
  • Drive team productivity by setting clear goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
  • Support team development through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
  • *Stakeholder Management**
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Business Owners, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and handle escalations professionally.
  • Influence decision\-making by providing data\-driven insights and recommendations.
  • *Required Skills/Abilities:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • Project Management certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of team management experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain; experience in these fields is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer\-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts in simplest possible way.
  • Excellent decision\-making abilities and problem\-solving skills.
  • Highly self\-motivated and detail\-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high\-pressure environments.
  • *Technical Expertise:**
  • Proficient in relational database design and management techniques.
  • Familiarity with customer integrations, including EDI and API.
  • Understanding of information processing principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
