We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead to drive the success of our team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in developing and implementing innovative edtech solutions that enhance student learning outcomes.
\- Lead and manage a team
\- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth
\- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, and launch edtech products and services
\- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
\- Ensure alignment with industry trends, education standards, and customer needs
\- Drive product development, testing, and quality assurance
\- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
\- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
\- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and strategy
\- Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, or related field
\- 2\+ years of experience in team handling profial, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
\- Strong understanding of education technology trends, products, and services
\- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
\- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
\- Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
\- Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
