Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Program Manager / Solution Architect to lead the end\-to\-end Teamcenter 2606 upgrade program across Development, Testing, and Production environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Teamcenter solution architecture, enterprise application upgrades, Oracle database conversion, Multi\-Site configuration, CAD integrations, and production cutover management.

The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, managing cross\-functional teams, coordinating infrastructure and database activities, ensuring system compatibility, and delivering a successful Teamcenter upgrade with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Teamcenter Upgrade Program Management

Lead the end\-to\-end Teamcenter 2606 upgrade program across DEV, TEST, and Production environments.

Manage assessment, solution design, implementation, testing, production cutover, rollback, and post\-go\-live hypercare.

Ensure successful execution of upgrade activities within agreed timelines and project milestones.

2\. Teamcenter Solution Architecture

Provide solution architecture leadership across Web/AWC, Enterprise Server, Pool Manager, FMS/FSC, Dispatcher, Solr/Indexer, Oracle, storage, and high\-availability architecture.

Review and validate the target architecture to ensure performance, scalability, and availability requirements are met.

Lead architecture reviews and technical design decisions.

3\. Oracle Database Conversion

Lead planning and technical governance for Oracle WE8ISO8859P1 to AL32UTF8 conversion.

Coordinate with Oracle DBAs and Teamcenter teams.

Ensure multilingual and Japanese data integrity is validated before proceeding with the Teamcenter upgrade.

4\. Multi\-Site \& Infrastructure Management

Own the overall strategy and coordination for Teamcenter Multi\-Site, FMS, Secondary FSC, and Store\-and\-Forward.

Manage SMC/TcM connectivity, remote\-site integration, Unicode data transfer, and distributed CAD/file\-access requirements.

Ensure reliable data transfer and connectivity across multiple sites.

5\. CAD \& Enterprise Application Integrations

Coordinate upgrade and end\-to\-end validation of

Siemens NX

Autodesk Alias

Microsoft 365 / Office Integration

Teamcenter Visualization / JT

ENOVIA Connector

Ensure integration compatibility with Teamcenter 2606 and alignment with production cutover activities.

6\. Production Cutover \& Rollback Management

Lead production cutover and rollback planning.

Manage production freeze, database conversion/upgrade, volume/SAN migration, and delta synchronization.

Coordinate Multi\-Site activation and integration enablement.

Ensure technical and business validation and manage Go/No\-Go decisions.

7\. Team \& Stakeholder Management

Manage cross\-functional teams comprising

Teamcenter Administrators

Teamcenter Developers

NX/CAD Administrators

Oracle DBAs

Infrastructure, Storage, and Network Teams

Security/IAM Teams

QA Teams

Client SMEs

Manage project schedules, dependencies, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), effort tracking, and executive reporting.

8\. Technical Governance \& Delivery

Act as the technical escalation point and client\-facing architecture authority.

Drive architecture decisions, design reviews, performance and capacity planning, and risk mitigation.

Coordinate with Siemens and external vendors.

Ensure production readiness, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition to Business\-as\-Usual (BAU) support.

Strong understanding of Teamcenter architecture and infrastructure components.

Experience managing complex database conversion and multilingual data validation activities.

Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and external vendors.

Strong expertise in production cutover, rollback planning, and risk management.

Excellent client\-facing communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Ability to drive architecture decisions and manage end\-to\-end project delivery.
