• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and support junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

Professional \& Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Strong knowledge of time management processes within human capital management systems.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent problem\-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients and cross\-functional teams.
