As an Application Lead, you will guide a team of functional consultants/analysts to design, configure, implement, and support Employee Central Time Management solutions (Time Off and Time Tracking). Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem\-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business objectives and user needs, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high\-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Lead the design and configuration of Time Off, Time Sheets, work schedules, holiday calendars, and time valuation rules.
Translate complex business scenarios, labor rules, and overtime governance into effective functional solutions.
Ensure seamless integration between Time Management and Employee Central, Payroll, and third\-party systems.
Review solutions, prepare functional workbooks, and ensure high\-quality deliverables.
Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to team members to help them reach their potential.
Well versed with configuration, design, and implementation of Time Management processes (Time Off, Time Sheet, Work Schedules, Time Profiles, clock\-in/clock\-out, overtime calculation, and accrual rules etc.).
Advise clients on SAP best practices for time tracking to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross\-functional teams (EC, Payroll, Integration, and Reporting) to ensure seamless end\-to\-end delivery.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
Support testing, defect resolution, and post go\-live stabilization activities.
Conduct knowledge\-sharing sessions to enhance internal team capabilities.

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Management (Time Off and Time Sheet).
Deep understanding of Time Off, Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and time valuation.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
Proven track record in full\-cycle implementation projects.
Ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team.
Strong ability to interpret complex time policies and labor laws into system logic.
Experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of Time Management modules.
Knowledge of integration with Payroll and other SAP modules is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities to interpret and translate business needs into solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration.
SuccessFactors Time Management certification is highly preferred.
A 15 years full time education is required.
