Tech Intern

IDC India is offering a Tech Intern position to assist with technical operations. The intern will handle website maintenance and bug fixes, including identifying and resolving front-end and back-end issues on the live site, making content updates as directed, monitoring site performance and reporting anomalies to the technical lead, and assisting with deployment tasks and version management. Furthermore, the intern will support admin panel and data operations by uploading and updating product, program, and content data via the admin panel, maintaining data accuracy on user-facing pages, and helping the operations team with backend data requests. In testing and QA, the intern will test new features and updates across devices and browsers before release, document bugs with clear steps and expected versus actual behavior, verify fixes after deployment and sign off on QA checklists, and assist with regression testing. This internship provides hands-on experience in web maintenance, data management, and quality assurance processes.
