Job Description – Tech Lead

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead the development of mobile applications using React Native.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and services using Python.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable application architecture.
• Manage database integration, API connectivity, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver features and ensure smooth application performance.
• Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong hands\-on experience with React Native and Python backend development.
• Experience in REST APIs, database management, and third\-party integrations.
• Knowledge of Git, debugging, and application deployment.
• Ability to work independently and take technical ownership in a startup environment.
