Tech Lead

JF Knowledge Centre seeks a Tech Lead to drive technical excellence and architecture. You will define and own the system design and technology choices for building scalable, resilient platforms, championing the adoption of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native patterns while ensuring systems meet all performance, security, and compliance standards. A key focus will be leading AI-first engineering by embedding AI-led development workflows, copilots, and automation throughout the software development lifecycle, and identifying opportunities to integrate AI/ML into products and processes. You will mentor and guide engineers across backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot), frontend (Angular/React, Flutter/React Native), and full-stack development, conducting thorough code reviews to uphold quality. This role requires deep technical oversight and team leadership.
