Tech Lead (Node+React, Rabbit/Kafka)

• *Role \& Responsibilities**

We’re building an AI\-native omnichannel dialer platform to transform how businesses engage with customers. As Tech Lead, you’ll spearhead architecture, guide a talented engineering team, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.

What You’ll Do

Lead design \& development of our AI\-powered omnichannel dialer platform.

Architect scalable SaaS systems using modern full\-stack and cloud technologies.

Drive CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) \& ensure compliance (DNC, GDPR,

TCPA).

Build real\-time monitoring, analytics \& reporting dashboards for managers and supervisors.

Champion DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing.

Mentor developers, enforce coding standards, and lead sprint delivery.

Collaborate with Product, AI, and Telephony teams to deliver cutting\-edge features.

• *Ideal Candidate**

• Strong Senior Backend / Tech Lead Profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1\) – Must have 7\+ years of overall software development experience with strong expertise in backend and full\-stack application development.
• Mandatory (Experience 2\) – Must have minimum 3\+ years of recent experience leading engineering teams.
• Mandatory (Experience 3\) – Must have strong hands\-on experience in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the ability to build scalable full\-stack applications.
• Mandatory (Experience 4\) – Must have strong experience working with Kafka / RabbitMQ
• Mandatory (Experience 5\) – Must have experience designing and architecting SaaS\-based applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Mandatory (Experience 5\) – Must have hands\-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub/GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
• Mandatory (Experience 6\) – Must have strong database experience with PostgreSQL and either MongoDB or Redis.
• Mandatory (Location) – Candidates should be based in Delhi NCR.
• Mandatory (Notice Period) – Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be highly preferred.
• Preferred (Experience 1\) – Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), omnichannel platforms, contact center products, or dialer solutions.
• Preferred (Experience 2\) – Experience with Asterisk, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH, SIP, WebRTC, or autodialer platforms will be an added advantage.
• Preferred (Experience 3\) – Exposure to AI/ML, NLP, Speech\-to\-Text, LLMs, speech analytics, or AI\-powered customer engagement products is a plus.

Pay: ₹958,807\.13 \- ₹2,000,000\.00 per year
