**Job Overview**

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will take ownership of the quality assurance process, ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading QA teams, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in the QA process.

This role also requires driving quality strategy, automation excellence, and data driven validation across enterprise platforms. This role combines hands on expertise with leadership responsibility, ensuring robust delivery pipelines and customer trust.

• *Responsibilities: \-**
• Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and high\-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand project requirements and incorporate quality assurance into the development process.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including both manual and automated testing, to validate system functionality and performance.

Oversee the identification and documentation of software defects, ensuring timely and effective communication with development teams.

• Coordinate and prioritize testing activities, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, etc.) to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Build and maintain a skill matrix to map competencies against project requirements, ensuring proactive resource planning.
• Continuously assess team capabilities, identify skill gaps, and align them with current and upcoming project needs.
• Recommend and organize targeted training sessions, workshops, and certifications to strengthen team expertise.
• Champion the adoption of Generative AI in QA processes—leveraging AI for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and automation scalability.
• Conduct regular team training sessions to keep QA practices aligned with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and measure QA KPIs, driving continuous improvement and accountability.

• **Requirements:\-**
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• In\-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Extensive experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
• Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
• Exposure to AI driven automation approaches.
• Hands on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, and similar QA tools – one of the key differentiators.
• Experience with finance related data, SQL, Fabric, data warehousing, engineering, and pipelines would be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
