Tech Lead / Senior Tech lead

We are offering a **Tech Lead** for seasoned professionals who are looking to gain experience in technical leadership, startup environments, or new technology stacks. This is not your traditional internship — it’s a hands\-on leadership opportunity for individuals looking to step into a **Tech Lead\-like role** in the near future.

You will lead a team of junior developers, guide architecture decisions, and help scale innovative products from idea to execution.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the technical execution of one or more internal projects.
• Define system architecture, tech stack, and engineering best practices.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, interns, and fresher engineers.
• Review code, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure code quality standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and stakeholders for smooth delivery.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control workflows, and DevOps practices.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security of applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile processes.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in software development.
• Strong command over at least one major tech stack (e.g.,NodeJs, PostgreSQL, NextJs, , OAuth)
• Hands on experience in AI Development
• Solid understanding of system design, architecture patterns, and .
• Familiarity with AWS
• Experience withOpenAPI, database design, and performance optimization.
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading small teams.
• Excellent problem\-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to UI/UX collaboration and front\-end design workflows.
• Contributions to open\-source or tech communities.
• Prior startup or product\-based experience.

Pay: From ₹45,000\.00 per month
