The Healing Wiz is a fast\-growing digital\-first organization delivering transformational workshops, courses, and programs globally. Our business relies heavily on technology to manage marketing, sales, customer engagement, payment processing, workshop delivery, and internal operations.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Tech Manager who can take complete ownership of our technology ecosystem, drive automation, build scalable systems, and ensure technology becomes a strategic enabler for business growth.
The Tech Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the entire technology infrastructure of The Healing Wiz. This is a strategic and hands\-on leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business operations, customer journeys, sales processes, and technology architecture.
The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding management requirements, designing technology solutions, implementing automations, integrating multiple systems, and building scalable processes that improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Delivery teams.
The role goes beyond maintaining existing systems. The Tech Manager will be expected to identify operational gaps, reduce manual dependencies, recommend and implement technology solutions, and lead the development of new systems and software that support organizational growth.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Ownership \& Strategy**
- Own and manage the complete technology ecosystem of The Healing Wiz.
- Understand business objectives and translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Recommend tools, platforms, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and turnaround times.
- *CRM \& Sales Systems Management**
- Manage and optimize CRM systems, including Zoho CRM, custom\-built CRMs, and future CRM platforms.
- Ensure seamless lead flow, customer tracking, reporting, and sales process automation.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead management and conversion workflows.
- Design and implement automation processes to reduce manual intervention.
- *Software Development \& System Building**
- Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of in\-house software applications.
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into functional system specifications.
- Coordinate with internal and external developers to build and enhance software platforms.
- Drive initiatives aimed at reducing dependence on Google Sheets through scalable software solutions.
- *Automation \& Integrations**
* Design and implement workflow automations using tools such as

- Third\-party integrations
- Integrate various systems including CRM, payment gateways, webinar platforms, communication tools, and reporting platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- *Website \& Digital Infrastructure Management**
- Own and manage all organizational websites and landing pages.
- Manage WordPress websites, plugins, themes, security updates, backups, and performance optimization.
- Coordinate hosting, domain management, SSL certificates, email infrastructure, and server\-related activities.
- Ensure website uptime, security, speed, and scalability.
- *Payment \& Financial Systems**
- Manage integrations with payment gateways such as Razorpay and other payment solutions.
- Configure payment links, checkout processes, subscriptions, and automated payment workflows.
- Support the development of systems related to:
- Receivables management
- Payment tracking
- Customer payment journeys
- Financial workflow automation
- *Internal Systems \& Productivity Tools**
* Manage and optimize organizational tools including
- Slack
- Zoom
- Whatsapp API’s
- Google Workspace
- Project Management Tools
- Communication Platforms

- Any future technology platforms adopted by the organization
- Ensure teams are effectively utilizing technology and following best practices.
- *Team Leadership \& Vendor Management**
- Lead and mentor the technology team.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.
- Coordinate with external vendors, developers, hosting providers, and software partners.
- Manage technology\-related projects from planning through execution.
- *Data Governance \& Reporting**
- Maintain data integrity and hygiene across all systems.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for management decision\-making.
- Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with organizational standards.
- *Documentation \& Process Management**
- Create and maintain SOPs, system documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Ensure knowledge management practices are in place to reduce dependency on individuals.
- *Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- System uptime and reliability.
- Reduction in manual processes through automation.

- *What We Are Looking For**
- 6–10 years of experience in Technology Management, Systems Administration, Digital Operations, Product Implementation, or Technical Project Management.
- Experience building systems and technology processes from scratch.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, custom CRMs, or similar platforms.
- Hands\-on experience with automation platforms such as Pabbly Connect, Zapier, Make, APIs, and Webhooks.
- Experience managing WordPress websites, hosting environments, and domain infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of payment gateways such as Razorpay and payment automation systems.
- Experience managing software development projects and coordinating with developers.
- Strong understanding of business process automation and operational efficiency.
- Ability to identify business requirements and convert them into scalable technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, remote\-first environment.
