We are seeking a Technical Support Executive to provide customer and technical support to financial services clients through Telegram. The ideal candidate will assist clients with platform usage, account\-related queries, transaction issues, and technical troubleshooting while maintaining professional and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real\-time customer support via Telegram.
Respond to client inquiries regarding platform functionality, account access, transactions, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems related to web and mobile applications.
Escalate complex issues to the technical or operations team and track them through resolution.
Maintain accurate records of client issues and support requests.
Follow established support procedures and service\-level agreements (SLAs).
Assist clients with onboarding, account setup, KYC\-related questions, and platform navigation.
