Job Description

Agrani Group is looking for a **Technical Engineer** with hands\-on experience in **waterproofing, billing, and retrofitting projects**. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, quantity estimation, billing, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity estimation, and client/contractor billing.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Provide technical support for waterproofing and retrofitting projects.
• Prepare rate analysis, cost estimation, and material reconciliation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits for technical inspections and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, billing records, and technical reports.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements

• B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• **4–5 years of experience** in waterproofing, retrofitting, and billing.
• Good knowledge of waterproofing chemicals, repair methodologies, and rehabilitation works.
• Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office**.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
