- *What will you be doing?**
The Analysis Units is part of the greater Onboarding and Change Management team within Global Data Factory. This team handles the onboarding of new data feed partners and working through changes to feeds with existing partners. The Analysis Unit is the link between Partner Engagement that manages the technical relationship with partners and Mapping \& Automation who set up the process for ingesting the data. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for analyzing the partner’s raw data using Circana’s proprietary systems and articulate the technical requirements internally as well as externally to the client. This role requires strong communications skills to interact directly with partners to provide feedback, ask questions, and request signoffs on volumes. The candidate must have the ability to work in a global and heterogeneous team. This position encourages forward thinking to improving onboarding procedures and is further encouraged to provide input to future improvement opportunities. This role requires close coordination with the rest of the Onboarding and Change Management team, the global Production teams (General Merchandise and Consumer Packaged Goods), and other groups with the Global Data Factory.
- *Overall Responsibilities**
- Ensure Circana compliancy requirements and timely deadlines are met for onboarding data feed partners
- Pre\-validate the data and provide feedback to data feed partners for signoff
- Monitor data receipt and loading (6 week cycle) for all new or re\-onboarded data feed partners/retailers
- Ensure tickets and statuses are up to date for the visibility of all cross\-functional teams
- Translate data results into meaningful summaries to support business decisions
- Ensure proper communication and hand\-off procedures with Partner Engagement and Mapping \& Automation teams
- Ad\-hoc analysis support for existing retailers
- *Qualification\\Skills**
- Technical and\\or Analytical qualification
- Experience working with or Comprehensive understanding of Point\-of\-Sale data preferably General Merchandise and/or Consumer Packaged Goods
- 2\+ years of experience with data analysis
- Excellent analytical , technical and verbal communication skills
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain data issues and findings to non‑technical stakeholders via email
- Client facing experience
- Detail oriented and a good problem solver
- Experience with SQL Server ( writing queries )
- ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) experience
- Unix/Linux preferable
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously in a highly collaborative environment with minimal supervision
