We are seeking an experienced **Solution Architect (Non\-Perm)** with **12–15 years of industry experience** to architect customer\-centric, high\-performance, secure, and scalable end\-to\-end digital solutions on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands\-on expertise in Architecting using Tech Stack \- **Java, ReactJS, AWS EKS/ECS, Microservices, MicroFrontend, PostGreSQL** with a proven track record of delivering E2E Enterprise Solutions in governed environment.

• Define and author comprehensive Solution Architecture and High\-Level Design (HLD) documents aligned with the Strategic Target Tech Architecture.
• Architect new digital experience offerings focusing on customer value, simplicity, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Work embedded within engineering squads across the full software development lifecycle.
• Provide hands\-on technical guidance, resolve architectural impediments, and ensure adherence to established architecture patterns and non\-functional requirements (NFRs).
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Domain Architect, Principal Engineer, Feature Teams and Cross functional teams

Mentor engineers share lessons learned and best practices and contribute to the growth of AWS Architecture capability across the team

• *Key Skills \& Technical Requirements**

• Deep expertise in Designing experience \& domain layer using **Microservices Architecture**, **Event\-Driven Architecture (EDA)**, and **Micro\-frontend** patterns.
• Strong hands\-on background in **Java Microservices**, RESTful API design, API patterns, and **API Gateway**.
• Proven experience with **AWS Cloud\-native services** (e.g., S3, ECS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM).
• Proficient \& Hands on in **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform**.
• Strong understanding of **NoSQL databases** (e.g., DynamoDB, MongoDB) as well as relational databases (e.g., Oracle).
• Working architectural knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., **ReactJS**).
• Expertise in Cloud Well Architected Framework (security patterns, resilience, high availability, and cost\-optimized infrastructure)
• Strong hands\-on background in **Java Microservices**, RESTful API design, API patterns, and **API Gateway**.
• Knowledge of Business Workflow/Orchestration capabilities like Camunda 8

• *Experience \& Qualifications**

• **12–15 years** of total IT experience, with significant experience in solution design and architecture within large\-scale/banking enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated track record of preparing HLDs/LLDs and successfully defending them in front of formal **Design Authorities / Architecture Review Boards**.
• Strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Relevant AWS certifications (e.g., *AWS Certified Solutions Architect*) or TOGAF are an added advantage.
