• *Technical Architect/Senior Technical Architect**

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune \& Indore Office

• *Responsibilities:**

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high\-performance enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Architect end\-to\-end solutions across web, API, cloud, and AI\-enabled platforms, ensuring alignment with business and technology strategies.
• Drive technology decisions, application modernization initiatives, and adoption of best practices in architecture, security, and software engineering.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Define and review architecture, technical designs, coding standards, and integration approaches.
• Design and implement cloud\-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services and DevOps practices.
• Mentor technical teams, provide architectural guidance, and foster engineering excellence across projects.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation, technical roadmaps, and solution artifacts.
• Support project estimation, technical risk management, and solution governance throughout delivery
• Evaluate, architect, and implement AI\-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, Retrieval\-Augmented Generation (RAG), Semantic Search, and Intelligent Automation frameworks.

• *Qualities:**

• 15\+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5\+ years in Technical Architect or Solution Architect roles.
• Proven experience delivering large\-scale enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in application architecture, system integration, scalability, performance tuning, and security.
• Hands\-on experience with cloud\-native application development and modernization initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
• Experience leading and mentoring distributed development teams in Agile environments.
• Ability to balance business priorities, technical debt, scalability, and delivery timelines
