Technical Architect/ Senior Technical Architect

In this role, you will

● Define and evolve the long\-term architectural vision and technical strategy for the

enterprise platform.

● Establish and maintain enterprise architecture that enables the platform to scale with

consistency, resilience, and long\-term maintainability.

● Develop the architectural principles, technical standards, design patterns, and

governance practices that guide engineering across the organization.

● Lead architectural reviews and provide technical direction for significant platform

initiatives and strategic technology decisions.

● Design distributed enterprise systems that prioritize operational integrity, availability,security, performance, observability, interoperability, and resilience.

Identify architectural risks early and develop strategies that reduce complexity while

strengthening the long\-term health of the platform.

● Apply first\-principles thinking to solve complex technical challenges where established

approaches are insufficient.

● Partner closely with Product Management to translate business strategy into durable

technical capabilities.

● Collaborate with Engineering to improve execution, technical consistency, delivery

quality, and long\-term maintainability.

● Work with Executive Leadership to ensure technology strategy supports business

priorities, customer outcomes, and company growth.

● Establish a culture of architectural discipline, thoughtful engineering, and technical

excellence across the organization.

● Continuously improve the quality of technical decision\-making through sound

architectural practices and disciplined systems thinking.

Qualifications

We are seeking an accomplished technical leader with a demonstrated ability to define and

evolve the architecture of complex enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring

● Demonstrated experience defining the architecture and technical direction of enterprise

software platforms.

● Experience designing and evolving distributed systems that prioritize scalability,

resilience, security, performance, and long\-term maintainability.

● Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, systems integration, platform

engineering, software architecture, and cloud\-native architectural principles.

● Experience establishing architectural standards, technical governance, and engineering

best practices.

● A proven ability to evaluate complex technical trade\-offs and make sound architectural

decisions aligned with long\-term business objectives.

● Experience partnering with Product Management, Engineering, and Executive

Leadership to translate business strategy into durable technical capabilities.

● Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

● A track record of influencing technical direction through expertise, sound judgment, and

credibility.

● A commitment to building systems that remain adaptable, dependable, and maintainable

as organizations and technologies evolve.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following areas is valuable

Identity, security, governance, or risk management technologies.

● Enterprise software or enterprise infrastructure platforms.

● Artificial intelligence platforms and enterprise AI adoption.

● Enterprise SaaS platforms supporting large or highly regulated organizations.

● High\-availability, mission\-critical, or globally distributed systems.

● Early\-stage or high\-growth technology companies where architectural decisions shaped

long\-term platform success.
