• *How you'll make an impact** **Technical Automation Analyst (Finance) \- India TCOE**

• *Position Summary**

Artex Finance is seeking a Technical Automation Analyst within the India TCOE to support

the automation, optimization, and maintenance of finance processes across North

America. This role will partner closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and Business

Intelligence teams to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, accelerate reporting

cycles, and enhance operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and automate repetitive finance and operational processes.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate,

Power BI, Excel VBA, Power Query, SQL, and other low\-code technologies.

• Support automated reporting, data collection, reconciliations, and workflow

management processes.

• Build and maintain integrations between finance systems, SharePoint, Microsoft

365 applications, and reporting platforms.

• Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous

improvements.

• Create technical documentation, process maps, and support materials for end

users.

• Support data governance, controls, and audit requirements related to automated

processes.

• Assist with month\-end close, reporting, budgeting, and operational initiatives

through automation and data solutions.

Business Justification

• The role will increase automation capacity within Artex Finance, reduce manual

processing, improve reporting accuracy and timeliness, strengthen process

controls, and allow finance team members to focus on higher\-value analytical and

strategic activities. The position is expected to support multiple automation

initiatives simultaneously across reporting, close processes, reconciliations, data

management, workflow approvals, and management reporting.

• University Degree and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
