Location: Mohali (Work from Office) Salary: ₹12 LPA – ₹21 LPA (15%–30% hike on current package as per market standards)

Working Days: Monday to Friday Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Flexible)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, analyze workflows, and support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into structured technical requirements. Map end\-to\-end workflows across CRM, middleware, and web applications. Identify system impacts, risks, and technical dependencies. Create clear documentation, process flows, SOPs, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering teams and leadership. Assist in prioritization and change management decisions.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 5\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, and system workflows.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems, middleware, process mapping, SOPs, and KPIs.
• JavaScript and middleware integration exposure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in fast\-paced and evolving environments.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP.
• Exposure to cloud\-based or serverless systems.
• Experience in operations\-focused industries such as solar, logistics, fintech, or field services.
