Around 3years of hands\-on ServiceNow development / administration experience.

Strong on ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).

Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs).

Hands\-on with Flow Designer / Workflow, Service Catalog and record producer development.

Experience with REST / SOAP integrations, Import Sets and Transform Maps.

Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB and update\-set management.

Working knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile delivery.

Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

Works as a ServiceNow Developer delivering configuration, catalog development, workflow automation and enhancements across ITSM (and related) modules. Handles incidents, service requests and minor\-to\-medium enhancements in a steady\-state / AMS or project delivery model, partnering with leads, business analysts and stakeholders to build reliable, upgrade\-safe solutions and to ensure timely, quality ticket closure.

• *Skill Requirements**
• ---------------------

Exposure to additional modules such as HRSD, ITOM (Discovery / Service Mapping) or CSM.

Experience with Service Portal / widget development (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).

Familiarity with IntegrationHub, MID Server and ATF (Automated Test Framework).

Experience working in AMS / steady\-state offshore delivery aligned to global business hours.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required / strongly preferred.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – preferred.

ITIL Foundation certification – an added advantage.
