Technical Content Writer

We're looking for a **creative and passionate Content Writer** to join **Vegacart**, an AI\-powered Shopify Mobile App Builder \- It's part of **CrawlApps Technologies**.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• 2\- 4 years of experience in content writing for the **SaaS, Shopify, or eCommerce** domain.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Create engaging blogs, website content, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and marketing copy.
• Write compelling content for **LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and product launches**.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer\-focused content.
• Experience writing for **B2B audiences, D2C brands, SaaS products, and digital platforms**.
• Good understanding of **Shopify, AI, SaaS, and the eCommerce ecosystem**.
• Hands\-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve content quality and productivity.
• Research industry trends, competitor products, and customer pain points to create valuable and insightful content.
• Collaborate with the Product, Marketing, and Design teams to develop product\-focused content for Vegacart.
• Track content performance and continuously optimize content based on analytics.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and skills.
• It would be a plus if the candidate has a basic understanding of partnership ecosystems and agency collaborations.
