Fixence Tech Solutions is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in desktop support, networking, server troubleshooting, and onsite technical support. The ideal candidate must possess strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage client support activities efficiently.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

• Desktop \& Laptop Installation and Configuration
• Hardware \& Software Troubleshooting
• Windows OS Installation and Support
• Onsite Client Support and Field Service Visits
• Server Installation, Monitoring \& Basic Administration
• Network Troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, Router \& Switch Support)
• Printer Installation \& Peripheral Device Support
• User Account \& Email Configuration
• Coordination with Internal Technical Teams for Issue Resolution
• Preparing Service Reports and Client Updates
• AMC Support and IT Asset Management Activities

• *Required Skills**

• Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop \& Server Support
• Basic Networking Knowledge
• Understanding of Routers, Switches \& WiFi Devices
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
• Ability to Handle Onsite Client Support
• Good Communication and Teamwork Skills

• *Qualification**

• Diploma / Any Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Related Field
