• *Job Responsibilities**

• Conduct chemical analysis of electroplating chemicals.
• Handle sales and customer service for surface\-finishing chemicals.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
• Assist customers with product applications and chemical\-related queries.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales and business development activities.
• Demonstrate good commercial skills and customer\-handling abilities.
