• *What We Are Looking For**

• End\-to\-end recruitment professional with hands\-on IT hiring experience
• **Hands on experience in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other job boards**
• **Strong exposure to IT \& non\-IT skills.**
• **Advanced working knowledge of Excel for recruitment tracking and reporting**
• **Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and be accountable.**

• *Responsibilities**

• Conduct telephonic and video\-based screening interviews to assess technical competency, communication skills, and culture fit
• **Schedule and coordinate multi\-round interviews including technical panels, HR rounds, and leadership discussions.**
• **Liaise between candidates and hiring teams to ensure seamless communication throughout the hiring process.**
• **Maintain structured scoring and feedback mechanisms to ensure consistency and fairness.**
• **Provide timely interview feedback and status updates to all stakeholders.**
• **Collaborate with HR operations and IT teams to ensure smooth pre\-joining and onboarding processes.**
• **Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate records and generate weekly recruitment dashboards showcasing the overall progress.**
• **Highly organized with the ability to manage 5 to 7 open requisitions simultaneously**

• *Qualifications**

• 2\-5 Years of hands\-on end\-to\-end recruitment experience.
• **MBA in HR/Btech/Any professional degree**
• **Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, reporting dashboards)**
• **Proven experience handling multiple open positions simultaneously.**
• **Experience in IT recruitment.**
• **Excellent communication, coordination, and follow\-up skills**
• **Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced recruitment environment**

Pay: ₹25,151\.62 \- ₹40,676\.17 per month
