8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid\-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead with hands\-on experience in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext to lead technical development, guide the development team, and ensure the delivery of high\-quality, secure, and scalable ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem\-solving abilities, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• *Roles \& Responsibilities :**

• Lead technical development for Frappe Framework and ERPNext projects, providing technical guidance and direction to the development team.
• Define and enforce coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability.
• Promote the effective use of AI\-assisted tools across the SDLC to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Review code, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to quality, performance, and security standards.
• Resolve complex technical challenges, support developers in debugging, and mentor team members to strengthen their technical capabilities.
• Work closely with solution architects, business analysts, and teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and maintainable while following established architectural principles.
• Define integration standards, approaches, and mechanisms for seamless communication between ERPNext and external systems.
• Maintain technical documentation covering solution design, development practices, integrations, and implementation guidelines.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, security, maintainability, and adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Lead and manage the development team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing technical guidance, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor and support team members through technical problem\-solving, knowledge sharing, and continuous feedback to improve team performance and development capabilities.

• *Qualifications \& Requirements:**

• 4–5 years of experience in software development, with hands\-on expertise in the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and database management.
• Experience in ERPNext customization, custom application development, and third\-party system integrations.
• Good understanding of software architecture, application security, performance optimization, and database design.
• Familiarity with Git, version control, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience using AI\-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and support SDLC activities.
• Strong analytical, problem\-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
