The Technical Lead – Mobile Engineering owns thearchitecture, delivery, and evolution of enterprise‑scale mobile applications built usingReact Native with Expo. This role combines deep hands‑on expertise with strong architectural judgment and technical leadership to deliversecure, scalable, and high‑performance cross‑platform mobile solutions (iOS Android).

The position requires close collaboration with Product, UX, Backend, DevOps, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams, while mentoring engineers and driving adoption of modern mobile engineering practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Define and ownmobile application architecture using React Native (Expo), ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Leadend‑to‑end delivery of complex mobile initiatives from design to production and optimization.

Translate business requirements intoHLDs/LLDs aligned with enterprise standards.

Make and owntechnology decisions related to frameworks, libraries, SDKs, and build pipelines.

Provide hands‑on expertise forcritical features, performance optimization, and complex problem solving.

Mentor and guide mobile engineering teams; conductcode and design reviews.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, future‑ready digital solutions.

DrivePOCs, experimentation, and adoption of emerging mobile technologies.

StrengthenCI/CD, release management, OTA updates, and mobile observability.

Mobile Frontend

• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong mobile focus
• React Native (Expo), advanced React patterns, Hooks
• TypeScript
• State management: Redux / Redux Toolkit / Zustand
• Mobile UI systems, navigation, deep linking
• Offline storage, caching, and sync strategies
• Expo EAS builds and OTA updates

Platform Architecture

• REST / GraphQL integrations
• Authentication, secure storage, encryption
• Push notifications, analytics, crash reporting
• Strong understanding of OOPS, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Performance optimization and memory management
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

Ecosystem

• Backend exposure: Node.js / Java / Python
• Cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent – architecture level)
• App Store Play Store compliance and release processes

B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MSc\-IT

5\-7 years of experience with hands\-on software development background.

Should have designed and delivered at least 2\-3 projects in a technology organization
