*Key Responsibilities**

Technical Architecture \& Customization

**System Customization**: Configure and customize core OSC frameworks, modules, workspaces, and complex business workflows.
**Component Development**: Build high\-performance UI widgets, server\-side extensions, and custom storefront/agent portal components.
**API \& System Integration**: Design and maintain seamless REST/SOAP API integrations between OSC and third\-party systems like ERPs, CRMs, and Payment Gateways.
**Performance Optimization**: Conduct deep\-dive troubleshooting, code reviews, and system modifications to minimize latency during high\-traffic periods.

**Code Governance**: Enforce high code\-quality standards, security compliance, and uniform coding frameworks across the engineering team.
**Mentorship**: Guide, up\-skill, and mentor junior developers through pair programming and structured technical workshops.
**Task Breakdown**: Translate complex feature roadmaps into clear sprint tasks and technical execution timelines.
**Risk Mitigation**: Identify system bottlenecks, security flaws, and architectural risks, establishing rapid\-response rollback and contingency plans
