• *About the Role**

We are building a next\-generation SaaS platform in the Digital Marketing and Customer Engagement space. We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Full Stack Developer to lead the backend development, system architecture, and technical direction of the product.

You will work directly with the founder to build a scalable, secure, and high\-performance SaaS platform using modern AI\-assisted development tools.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop scalable backend architecture using Laravel.
• Build secure, scalable, and well\-documented REST APIs.
• Design and optimize MySQL database architecture.
• Integrate third\-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead backend development and establish coding standards.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with the Frontend Developer and QA Engineer.
• Work directly with the founder to convert product specifications into production\-ready features.
• Leverage AI\-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high code quality.

• *Required Skills**

• 5\+ years of hands\-on experience in Laravel and PHP development.
• Strong expertise in MySQL database design and optimization.
• Experience building REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with Redis, Queues, Caching, and Background Jobs.
• Good knowledge of Git/GitHub.
• Experience deploying applications on Linux servers (Nginx/Apache).
• Experience integrating third\-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with frontend developers.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Experience developing SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Docker, Cloudflare, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Web Push Notifications, Firebase, Service Workers, PWAs, or similar browser technologies is a plus.
• Experience using AI\-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot.
