Technical Lead – Full Stack Development

• Lead software development activities and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Design and develop scalable applications and APIs.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and engineering stakeholders.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile development processes.

• *Required Qualifications**

• 7\+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
• Strong problem\-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience leading software development teams.
• Knowledge of React Native or similar frontend/mobile technologies.
• Familiarity with containerization and cloud\-native development.

Pay: ₹2,000,000\.00 \- ₹2,500,000\.00 per year
