Job Summary

Develop, customize, and enhance Clarity PPM solutions based on business requirements.Design and implement technical solutions using Clarity PPM best practices.Build and maintain portlets, dashboards, workflows, and reports.Develop and support integrations using Web Services, GEL scripting, XOG, and data migration tools.Convert business requirements into technical deliverables.Provide production support and troubleshoot application issues.Perform performance tuning and optimization of Clarity PPM components.Support reporting through Jaspersoft, Datamart, Warehouse, and OData connectors.

Key Responsibilities

1\. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

2\. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

3\. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module\| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4\. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Configuration, development and customization of Clarity PPM components including objects, portlets, process workflows, lookups, etc. Hands on with gel scripting, report , portlet development and upgrades. Should have experience with integrating Clarity with 3rd party apps Coordinate with Broadcom on Application and Oracle version upgrades in relation to Clarity. Clarity PPM Support – support the needs of the Clarity community at an enterprise level. Clarity PPM Support and Training – Strong knowledge of the Clarity PPM tool with the ability to train users of a wide range of roles: \- Clarity Resource Managers, Project Managers and Time Entry users Monitor a shared sup
