Role: Technical Lead – MERN Seniority Level: Senior Preferred Education: B.Tech / B.E./BCA/MCA/MTech Required Experience: 7\+ Years Key Responsibilities: \- Lead implementation of MERN projects, collaborating with Product Owners, L3 engineers, and ADMs to deliver features with high confidence. \- Analyze requirements, break down user stories, provide estimations, and pre‑plan sprints while delegating tasks to L1 engineers and ensuring their growth. \- Conduct code reviews, enforce Test‑Driven Development, and maintain technical documentation and daily status updates. \- Mentor and manage L1 engineers, handle dependencies, and communicate proactively with cross‑functional teams and management.
